What is Wireless Internet?

[Wireless Internet uses radio frequencies to bring you broadband access without the need for telephone or cable lines. We use a small antenna to bring high speed right to your building. No more slow phone or cable lines, slow speeds, busy signals or disconnects. With Wireless Internet, you are always on.]

Will rain or harsh weather affect my connection ?

[Rain, snow and clouds are transparent to the frequencies we use and do not affect the connection.]

Is this similar to satellite internet ?

[No, satellite internet is slow and may even require a telephone line for connection. Our wireless internet only requires electrical power and an antenna. In fact, several of our customers use our small portable antenna system for construction sites and emergency service agencies.]

Do I need a permit, will the antenna damage my roof ?

[No and No. The small antenna is placed with a non-penetrating roof mount. The example on the demo page shows it best.]

Is the wireless signal harmful?

[Generally no. The wireless signals are lower than the levels used by a cell phone and considering the fact that you don't hold our equipment to your ear its harmless when compared to a cell phone . The equipment installed at your home or office meets FCC regulations for home and office use.]

Will I have to learn anything new to use this service?

[If you already know how to use a web browser, that's all you need. The service will be totally transparent, you'll always be on.]
